In case of high loads and non availability of seats in the sector, we will provide an alternate option that fits in the same budget given at the time of booking. Or may ask for the supplement if applicable.

Please follow the stipulated timings for the sightseeing trips /activities as informed by hotel representative.
These special fares are not valid for peak period like Independence Weekend / Festive seasons / Long weekends clubbed with public holidays.

Booking & Payment Conditions
a) Tour prices are printed in our brochures. Please return duly signed and completed booking form to us or our appointed agents along with an initial deposit of INR 15,000/- per person for all tour packages (In case of package price below INR 15,000/-, kindly collect the entire amount). This initial deposit amount is non refundable or non transferable in the event of cancellation / change of travel
date of tour by the Clients.
b) The Client must pay the balance amount 30 days prior to the date of departure of the Tour. If client fails to pay the balance amount within stipulated time then the booking shall be deemed to be the cancelled and entire initial deposit will be forfeited and the passenger shall not be entitled to the refund of the same.
c) All cheques / demand drafts to be payable in the name of ‘Thomas Cook (India) Limited’. On payment of the deposit amount you will be given an official receipt from Thomas Cook. You can also book the tour through our Preferred Sales Agent OR Travel Agent.
Cancellation:
If the Client is willing to amend or cancel his / her booking because of whatsoever reasons including death, accident, illness, or any other personal reasons including non-payment of the balance payment, the Company is liable to recover Cancellation charges from the Client:

Terms & conditions for Air Inclusive packages:
All air inclusive packages must be booked minimum 20 days prior to the date of departure.
The above package is based on economy class based on low cost carriers (LCC)
Maximum 9 air seats (including adults & children) can been booked on a package for a particular date.
We will be booking appropriate flights from your hub to the destination & from the destination to the hub, depending upon the itinerary.
No customisation permitted in the “Air Inclusive” packages.
100% cancellation applies if package cancelled within 14 days prior to departure, name change, date change & no show.
Pre selection of seats, meals at extra cost.
Minimum baggage allowed is 15 kgs per person (Not on infants)
The flights are subject to change without prior notice.
The flights confirmed may be direct flights (subject to availability) or hop in flights which might involve change in aircrafts.
The hotel vouches need to be presented at the time of check in at the airport counter. Any failure to produce the required documents at the counter could result to “denied boarding”. No refund will be granted in such cases.
Thomas Cook reserves to withdraw this product at any time without prior notice.
